KDrama Seasons Of Blossom tells the story of the six main characters of the story whose lives are intertwined. The play tells the story of Zion High School students depicting the past and present.

Lee Ha-min (Seo Ji-hoon) and Han So-mang (So Ju-yeon) were teenagers in the past but are secretly best friends. Lu Hamin is a bright and popular man, but he also has a dark side.

On the other hand, Han So-mang is a warm and kind girl. The two were close friends and enjoyed high school life, but Lee Ha-min died suddenly at the end of the school year.

Six years later, there are four best teenage friends. Lee Jae-min (Kim Min-kyu) is Lee Ham Min’s younger brother. He’s popular, but he’s heartbroken by the tragedy that befell his brother.

Around him is Yoon Bo-mi (Kang Hye-won), a sweet model student, and her best friend Kang Sun-hee (Oh Yoo-jin), who likes Lee Jae-min. There is also Choi Jin-young (Yoon Hyun-soo), the boyfriend of Yoon Bo-mi, a capricious gamer.
